I know it's silly but probably one of the best thing I like about Dykes is getting the whole team to cheer the fight song. I don't think we've ever had any coaches do that. If I remember correctly, both Morris and JJ both snub the band and never cheered to it.

This was a great watch! After seeing this, I love Coach Dykes even more.
He is inspiring this team without using cheap, trite over-used "coach speak" like others we have all seen.
He is positive, straight forward, no-nonsense coach. NO BS.

And leading the fight song at the end was awesome!

He is real, not a fake bone in his body. I cannot wait to see his high school recruiting after real success.
