Fun article:

I like him calling the AAC the SEC of the G5.

How about the Pac 12 of the P6

Not a bad idea. P5 has their playoffs; FCS has theirs. We are the only ones that are left out of establishing bragging rights for someone, although the flip side is that this would be a way for the P5 to eliminate the G5 from participating in the more lucrative BCS Bowls or whatever they are called these days

Fun article.

HELL NO to the G5 playoff.

We don't need to institutionalize the purgatory that is the G5 any more. We need to crash the P6 party.

A G5 Playoff is a pseudo FCS championship. It's truly the most point playoff ever and the G5 would be no different. I would not watch it even if SMU was in it simply for not conceding defeat to the cartel.

The AAC would be smart to recuse themselves from such a playoff if it was ever pitched. There would be no reason for it. Continue to market yourselves as P6 and make the case that you are far better than the Pac-12.
