I have to admit, I am very nervous about this one. Without Reggie Roberson , the enormous bull's eye on our backs, and our 1st step on a big national stage… this is the biggest game since the death penalty.

I think people are underestimating the effect of the short week. You could see it mentally as well as physically. If you are feeling pessimistic, go back and look at some Temple highlights to see what a rested team can do.

As a fan and I truly pray we can make it over this hump but without Roberson and our safety is out the first half so it will be a huge challenge. The fan in me says that we can make quick strikes and just stay ahead of them but it will be another close one for a wild finish of:

Not sure I’m ready to make predictions on this one but the key will be to keep our O on the field...we didn’t do that with Houston and it nearly bit us. We did it against Temple and rolled them fairly handily.

Tulsa ran over 100 plays and ran all over the Tigers...I’d be content to dink and dunk down the field and run them ragged and turn it on in the second half. We do that and we win.
