Here is the boxscore from Saturday night's UM/TU game.

Long story short, Memphis's young DB's got tested for the first time against a passing team and, frankly, didn't do so hot. That, and they don't tackle well. Tulsa had about 600 yards of total offense and kept Memphis's offense off the field. Even without Roberson we should be able to move the ball, score a lot, and keep our own defense off the field. Honestly - the team as a whole is pretty good, but Buechele and Co. should be licking their chops.

On the flip side, Gainwell did about as well as expected - 24 carries for about 150 yards with a long of 62. This is the player we are keying on this weekend - if we tackle him like we've tackled other tough running backs during the year he is going to run right by us. Any ideas on how to stop him? Just assign McBryde to him? Stack the box?

One last thing: UM is good at blocking kicks. I shouldn't have to say anything more here.
