With no spring ball, I can’t imagine that many new guys have gelled in fall camp. I would think they need some time to work out the kinks.

SMU has a new OC but overall I bet not much has changed and the guys have been working together a while.

Why would a great or even good transfer go there? Seems like there would be tons of other options.

Someone with too much time on their hands could research their transfers. Don't know if they were all P5 scholarship guys or walk-ons or guys who were never going to see the field...not sure but I can't imagine them not being better than the team our guys manhandled last year.
