Anyone else having issues trying to get their digital tickets?

The website says to click the link on the email they sent that said your tickets have arrived. Well, I never got an email like that, and I'm pretty sure I didn't delete it because I don't delete emails for months on end.

I've tried adding the tickets to My Apple Wallet from the SMU app, and I just get the spinning wheel and nothing actually happens. This is really freaking frustrating.

I could not use the app to download either-but, when I went to the actual website I was able to! Hope this helps!

Thanks Terih36. I just went to the website and did a transfer to send them to my wife's phone. She has an Android phone and was able to accept the tickets and save them to her Google Pay wallet without an issue. Hopefully I don't have to do that every week, but we'll see.

I was on a ticket office Zoom call last week about how to do the digital ticketing. There were several there in their late 60's to early 80's that I knew, and once they heard you could go to the ticket office and they would print out the season tickets for $10 they were sold !.

Our digital tickets worked without issue, and my brother didn't even get scanned walking in a gate.

I tried everything they told me. Got the E icon on my phone. Then while at a pre game meal!!!! I got help from a young person.

All went ok but don't like big brother following me.

Had no issues this week with getting the digital tickets to my iPhone. Maybe it was just a glitch last week?

It was very convenient to have the parking pass and tickets on my phone. First time for doing sports tickets this way for me. Onward into the future.

The attendant could not get his scanner to work for boulevard parking. Supervisor came over and tried then just said " I can see the scan code - Go on in"

The issue it was for each car and made things slow.
