Look forward to the Top 25 match up: #9 Cincy vs #16 SMU. This game gets to decide who's #1 for the big bowl tie-in. While cougar high failed, we all need to root for BSU to beat BYU in a revenge game. If BYU loses at any point, it would see that AAC is a shoe in again. I believe our conference has been in the pseudo tie-in every year right?

It's just amazing to think back that since the start of the 2019 season, we've spent 11 weeks in the Top 25 and we've won 15 of 18 games.

It is possible to win big at SMU and in the American Athletic Conference. Larry Brown showed us what we are capable of in men's basketball with Top 25 rankings, NCAA Tournaments, and raucous sold out crowds on a regular basis. Sonny Dykes is starting to show us we can compete for some of the best recruits in the country in football, win 10+ games, really compete for conference championships, and achieve consistent Top 25 rankings. It makes me really appreciate Sonny Dykes and infuriates me at the downward trend in basketball.
