I watched a few more plays today from Cincy game that I also watched Saturday night. Man, the number of dropped passes was STUNNING. I suspect if Granson was given a do over, but had his fingers and thumbs taped together, he would have had a better night than he had Saturday. This is both a tribute to how terrible a night he had, AND what kind of receiver he normally is.

It’s just amazing how many drops there were across virtually the entire receiving corps.

Wouldn’t want to be in that film room this week. Or, do you just burn the tape? What’s to be learned from watching that?

For what it's worth, Granson did have some kind of brace on his wrist. But you're right — the fact that he dropped some passes was made more startling because of what an exceptional receiver he normally is. It's hard to imagine a repeat of that performance from a guy that talented.
