It makes no sense to rank the Tech @ Houston game above the SMU @ TCU. The latter matches two teams with winning records, this is the 100th(!) meeting - is that accurate, after missing a year for the flu panic. Both are likely bowl teams and contending for their respective conferences.

Houston has the advantage of it being a home game. Neither team looked promising last year with lots of close calls and a handful of beatdowns by their conference rivals.
