SMU head coach Sonny Dykes met the media after Sunday's practice, discussing a range of topics that included the Mustangs' special teams, the timeline for shortening the depth chart and how increased depth has improved competition throughout practice.

Was starting to worry Calloway might be injured, it sounds like nobody is out with anything significant.

It looks like he has nice acceleration, but I don't think he is quite up to top speed yet. I'm interested to see if he practices next Saturday, that will tell us a lot if he is not out there.
