#17 Coastal Carolina wins 53-3 vs UMass. Just for those who think Coastal might be a nice addition to an AAC East. Myrtle Beach is not a bad road trip

#23 Auburn wins the 2nd half 22-0 to beat Georgia State 34-24. GA State is another team some who follow college football think is an up and coming program the AAC should look at in the east because of their metro Atlanta location

UNC-Charlotte goes to 3-1 after beating Middle Tennessee Friday night 42-39. Another up and coming program in a metro area some think would fit the AAC east profile

Florida State falls to 0-4 after losing 31-23 to Louisville on the Seminoles' home field. Maybe Norvell wishes he had stayed at Memphis? Doubt he will survive this season. Sonny could have told him the grass isn't always greener, but I guess the benjamins are more plentiful!

#16 Arkansas a 20-10 winner over #7 Texas A$M. Didn't take long for Pittman to rebuild the train wreck Chad left behind.

UGone falls to 0-5 after a 24-22 home field loss to 4-0 Wyoming. At what point do the Huskies drop to FCS level? They belong in the Colonial (with Nova) or Patriot (with Georgetown)

Can you tell I'm still just a little jacked up after that win in cowtown today?

So good to be at the game today and hear how loud the SMU contingent was. Also glad to see this board starting to light up with enthusiasm from the faithful fans.

It is interesting that UTSA beat Memphis and UAB beat Tulane. It is very likely that both will be future conference mates, that shouldn't be looked down upon. SMU, UTSA, and UAB are currently at the very top of their current conferences.

This makes me pretty damn happy to read. Last I saw they were holding a healthy lead.

Good for Traylor finally beating Memphis because he never did here.

Abilene Christian beat Lamar 56-0 and is now 3-1 as the WAC continues to try and rebuild themselves as a football conference at the FCS level
