Bad sportsmanship is one thing. Hitting a Coach is another

Bad behavior and bad sportsmanship is one thing. Striking a helpless brain damaged Coach is another thing.

TCU has had it with SMU. We hear that this was the last straw and TCU is not going to renew the rivalry.

And....Other ADs at 5 other Big 12 schools are encouraging TCU to quit playing SMU after they found out about the SMU player hitting the TCU Coach in the head with his helmet and then trying to classelessly plant a flag at midfield. The other Big 12 ADs don't want SMU in the League. Totally disgusting behavior. Not a whole lot different than what MIAMI did when they called that college THUG UNIVERSITY.

Speaking of recent TCU thugs:

If you think there's no difference between SMU and Miami during those days, you don't know much about either school or program.

Not excusing any bad behavior but TCU isn't on the outside looking in and trying to make themselves look beautiful and classy to the Big 12. TCU is already in. SCHMOOO is - NOT - in. And SCHMMOOO is doing a very very bad job of trying to make themselves look attractive to a P5 League !!

Hitting a disabled Coach over the head and then being thuggish by trying to plant a flag at midfield is something the Big 12 wants no part of and right now there are 5 Big 12 Athletic Directors who are furious with SMU over those 2 incidents.

Go ahead and tell everyone here about how other schools in the Big 12 did - THIS OR THAT - in the past. It means nothing !! They are already in the Big 12.

SCHMOOO should be acting like a choir girl right now and being very complimentary to Big 12 teams not act like THUGs.

As of now SCHMOOs chances of ever being invited to the Big 12 took a HUGE NOSEDIVE after this Saturday and it had nothing to do with beating TCU on the field. That is actually a PLUS !! The thuggish behavior after the game has probably sealed SMUs fate for never getting an invite to the Big 12 - even if Big 12 goes to 16 teams, there will be too many VETOs for SMU to ever get in now.

When MEMPHIS and BOISE are added to the Big 12, your American Sunny USA Conference is going to have to add teams like UNT, Abilene Christian, Prarie View College and Sacred Heart College of Nagadoches. Those will be your new Conference rivals - TCU is going to end the series after this very ugly scene.
'
Very sorry. Your future is in the SunnySide Conference American USA or whatever that League is called that you are in.

This is a moronic post. I was going to give you credit for coming back, but it’s clear you have zero objectivity.

Little kid, you've been proven wrong many times about the Coach K incident. Best drop it before you look stupider.

This guy is an absolute troll. Pretends to have inside knowledge yet still doesnt show any insight or expertise on the most important item of all: football.

Ignore his Fort Worth basement-dwelling [deleted].

It is sometimes amusing when someone from an opposing team comes to PF to talk smack and/or offer some amusing banter and insight into their program. At a minimum I tend to be mildly entertained, and sometimes I actually learn something about the the other program and gain a modicum of respect for the other poster.

The purple zit offers none of those things. It is truly the worst possible combination of bad information, over posting, poor topic support and misinformed opinions offered as facts. I tire of the antics, and I cannot think of a better manifestation of a inferiority complex than his posts. It is even worse than some of the terrible posts we see occasionally from UNT fans from time to time.

Most of the TCU graduates I know actually have a reasonable take on their place in the world as it relates to universities in general and college football specifically, and tend to be really nice people as an extra added bonus. This person, not so much.

Just a guess but PPO is probably just a T-shirt TCU fan who has attached entirely too much significance to froggie wins and losses. Don't know if he would survive a loss to the whorns after pointing out the fact that TCU has owned UT since they joined the Big XII

He is probably a TCU Junior who is headed into his senior year and he is starting to get worried that he will go through his entire TCU "education" without experiencing a victory over the Ponies.

Has this idiot Purple whatever gone away for good? Classic case of self-esteem lacking nobody who cloaks himself in the glory of the so called Big 12. That is truly sad. He clearly needs to be medicated for his own good. He is almost as pathetic as Gary Patterson himself. He makes some of the worst of the Aggies look mature for Heaven's sake.
