Are we improving week to week?

Postby leopold » Sun Oct 03, 2021 6:30 pm

Just as heartening as winning is the notion that we are actually getting better as the season goes on. I'm hopeful this continues not only for the sake of this year but also because of the potential for next year.

The WR's have cut down on the drops and the running game has matured into a multi-dimensional threat even without UBIV and TJMD. TM continues to make sound decisions and might be improving on the clock in his head. The OL has solidified, cut down on the mistakes and done their jobs.

On D, we've developed a pass rush and the LB's are reaching potential, even if there's still some sloppy play. The preseason concerns over S haven't shown to be lethal and the CB's are also developing as planned.

Couple of issues on ST, but, again, nothing lethal and we've seem to gotten a handle on FG's and XP's.

Does everybody else see this happening?

observations are difficult. We must consider the competition. I am not sure we are getting much better but a least a lot of players are getting valuable experience that will be important later in the season.
