If we lose to UCF...who would hire Sonny?

I am predicting we find a way to beat UCF....
But if we don't....
Who the hell is going to hire or want Sonny with 4 straight losses?
Wouldn't fans and donors be in an uproar almost anywhere if their AD hired him?

no one is going to want him if he loses 4 straight and maybe more?
this could get really ugly...hope not, but it could.
except "you know who" will be there to give him a huge raise!
I am not exactly anti-Sonny, but if we lose this weekend
this will have turned into a sheet show going into Cincy on the road week
and little ricky on his knees begging Sonny to take a huge raise just seems odd
if it plays out like that...it will be almost unreal

Give him a new contract, increase his assistants' income and announce improvements to Ford. Unreal would be not making these commitments as soon as possible.
Searching for another Sonny would be unreal, when we want Sonny to remain for a long time.
If we make these commitments and Sonny still goes to a P5 school, we move on. We have made too much progress in rebuilding our brand and reestablishing SMU has a desirable destination for recruits. It is too early to assume the worst.
Beat UCF!

Don’t worry. We won’t have to deal with teams like UCF, Cincy, and Houston much longer.

Wasn’t Sonny supposed to be TCU’s top target, eleven days ago? Presumably it wasn’t that hard for him to drive 32 miles to the interview. So why is TCU now approaching double-digit interviewees with no end in sight? When does Sonny realize they apparently actually don’t want him?

My guess is that Sonny's agent got SMU and TCU into a bidding war but the truth in all of this is that after the Tech hire, TCU is Sonny's only chance of "moving up" conference wise. I'm reluctant to call the Big XII a P5 conference because after Texas and Oklahoma leave, they aren't going to have anywhere near the influence they have enjoyed for years

That's laughable. We have been the worst program or close to it for close to 3 decades. This could end up being the most disappointing finish in school history, but far from the biggest failure considering we have multiple seasons of 0 or 1 wins.
