Just read an article that they are renovating the not-so liberty bowl to the tune of 150-200 mil. While it says that the city is paying for part of it I think in reality it is Fed-x in an attempt to get memphis in line for a move up in conferences.
I can only hope the NCAA slaps them with some major penalties that would hurt their advancement.
Kind of makes our 50 mil addition look kind of cheap.

Food Stadium addition is $100M (at least). The $50M is the lead gift.
