Our defense stinks. Period. Going to have to outscore Tulane in another track meet to have any chance tonight. I've never seen a defense "bump" so much instead of trying to wrap guys up. Have to hope the D can tighten up in the red zone and hold Tulane to FGs more often than not.

I see a disturbing pattern here. Does it seem that Tanner plays his worst in big games late in the season or is it just me? Maryland looked open and the 1st throw bas bad and the next one was just late being delivered. Sure hope these guys don't lay another egg on a national stage. Battered Mustang Syndrome again??
