As someone who has broken a toe before (twice) ... wow. That can be unbelievably painful. Most of us would have been on the couch, icing it every day abs talking about it like it should be amputated. Rice not only kept playing, but SET A SCHOOL RECORD AND LED THE NATION IN RECEIVING YARDS. That kind of toughness is insane.

So Mordecai broke a rib (more than 1?) against TCU and might have done it again yesterday? And missed 1 play against TCU and less than a quarter yesterday? Not many would have done either of those, much less both. Dude is tough as hell.
