BYU loses second assistant coach in as many weeks

According to Kevin Reynolds of the Salt Lake Tribune, associate head coach Ed Lamb is leaving the BYU staff. Lamb, a part of the Cougars' defensive staff, has been mentioned as a candidate to become the head coach at Northern Colorado.
Lamb's departure comes in the wake of defensive coordinator Ilaisa Tuiaki leaving the program last Sunday.
The Cougars (7-5) have allowed 30.0 points and 409.7 yards per game this season.
