Good interview. I did not realize how much D'Eriq had been through during his college years. Hope he and everyone associated with SMU football has a season they can really enjoy this year

I thought the same thing. All I remember is that he was an unbelievable player, and I was thrilled when he left for Miami so we didn't have to face him anymore. Great interview. Despite his UH background, he seems like a really good guy. Welcome!

Good question abbot whether he'll analyze our own guys or opposing defenses. It raises the question about whether his college success was a result of his otherworldly talent or great coaching or both. Sounds like a really good mind to add to the staff.
