Good decision and good use of a TO as far as I'm concerned. Would be a bad start to move 68 yards and come up empty, not to mention the lift it would give TCU after running down the field on them. Now let's see how good this SMU defense might be.

Ponies kept TCU’s defense on the field for over 6 minutes. A quick 3 and out would be great.
