I know we're 3-1 and they're 1-3, and we're at home, and ... and ... and ... but it still feels a little strange to be favored over the Seminoles. They look like one of those teams that has been mostly unable to get out of its own way this season -- but is loaded with talent.
Can't wait for Saturday.

They are loaded with talent. I think the main issue with them is that the lawsuit cannot be ignored and thus it weighs on all. It is always present. It is a curse dragging the team down.

I can't imagine that the players give a crap about the lawsuit.

Agreed. No matter how much physical talent these guys have, they don't get to this level without having some competitiveness in there, and while I doubt they spend much (if any) time thinking about the lawsuit, you can bet every single one is well aware of what is being said about them in the media, among fans/social media, etc. Also, let's not pretend they're getting crushed every week. 2 of their 3 losses were by one score, so while they're embarrassed with their record, they're anything but a pushover.

Long term great program and one year away from an undefeated regular season, but ended by a slaughter by Georgia (sound familiar?). They have loads of talent, but they clearly are vulnerable to the run. Cal ran on them and only lost because they kept getting procedure penalties in the red zone (probably caused by crowd noise in Tallahassee) and had to settle for field goals. We're playing at home. If we can keep live running backs on the field, we can win this game. Our defense is better than Cals and Cal only allowed two touchdowns. So, if we play to level we played last week, we win this one by 14 points. I expect a sellout. 38-24.

Student tickets sold out in eight minutes. Should beat the TCU all-time student attendance record of 4721.

Have to admit that I am glad that they won this past week. I think that they would be a lot more dangerous as an 0-4 team
