The Mountain West was formed in 1998 by 8 schools who thought they were too good for the WAC.

They made the right decision to stay. The new PAC 12 is fool’s gold, and being in a majority western conference sucks.

Crazy to see the four most sought after teams from the MWC now twisting in the wind. They should’ve locked up their chosen 8 minimum all at once at least.
