Coach Fello is a very talented asset that we can't afford to lose especially when his replacement is a graduate assistant. Coach Fello's own personal tragic loss last year and disappointment on the playing field have evidently led to this decision to leave. We need to back Coach Fello to the utmost. He's a very talented coach that is well liked by the players. I don't know what can be done on a personal level but I can only hope that Coach Fello remains with the team. I can only wish him the best to get through this difficult time.
