We are in arguably our first year of any real success. We can't get 30k to a football game, our basketball team is mediocre and we have no real measured brand value. All it takes is for free agency to wipe out anything we've accomplished this year. It's understandable.

Weird ratings. Stanford is behind Clemson, but ahead of FSU, Duke, etc. UNC is way down the list. We're at the bottom but have the lowest revenue, duh. We are foregoing $20+ Million a year in TV revenue. Stanford surprises me. FSU is looking stupider and stupider every week.

We are in the midst of a 1.3B sports facilities upgrade but apparently that does not add value to the program. Stupid list, just ignore.

Oh it's just simplified clickbait for sure (and very much guesswork, especially for the private schools that don't have to release a lot of data). It's offseason stuff that they should have saved for the offseason. But still interesting to pick apart.

While it’s easy to pick this list apart, it’s not without merit. The simple truth is our viewership has been near the bottom compared to other P4 schools for most games this year. It’s going to take a while to build up a fan base. It will happen, it’s just going to take more than 3 months.
