Re: House Settlement ApprovedI agree, it feels like a no-win situation for Deloitte (except for the massive paycheck that undoubtedly comes with it).
Does this mean the schools can hand out this money IN ADDITION to whatever collectives offer? Or is this the schools taking over management of that collective-raised money?

The ~$20M/year is separate from NIL $. I have no idea if schools getting more involved in NIL is part of the plan.
