 For those who will wait until the season begins before worrying about folding....I picked up the NCAA 2005 from EA Sports. I thought the new features - crowd influence and the infractions section are pretty good. They have Adami listed as the top SMU player with Massey rated fairly high. Anyone else buy the game :?:

I didn't based on my friend's input. He says the game is cheaper than ever, esp. on the hardest difficulty. What? You made a big play? PENALTY! Computer goes for it on 4th down from their own 30? Of course they get it, and then score an a hailmary into tripple coverage to take the lead with 3 seconds left.

I hate that.

A game should win through good AI and not through rigging the game rules.

Personally i think the game is awesome. Drives the fiancee crazy. But oh well. If she gets to watch Newlyweds when it is on I get my NCAA 2005.

What number is Foy?

If you don't like playing against the computer than just get online and play against human opponents from across the country, that's what I have been doing, it's a lot more fun than playing the computer

The sad thing is there is no crowd influence for SMU! :(

That adds to the realism of the game! I can't think of many home SMU games post DP where there was much crowd influence. For the most part, other than the Kansas game to open Ford, there really haven't been enough SMU fans in the stands to influence the team.
