The entire tri-state area produces over one hundred. Traditionally, this was Penn State territory. Schiano's a good recruiter. USC has three high-profile recruits from Jersey. They moved to Jarrett's mom to Jersey because he missed her so bad. They also just got the huge back from Jesery (I think his last name is Jackson). With the proximity to Philly and western Penn, you could definitely build something at Rutgers. For the northeast, Jersey probably plays the best high school football.
