Curious situation here. This guy (6-3, 226, 4.6) is a tight end at Fort Worth (Arlington Heights) whose name I haven't seen before. Seems he had an offer from Iowa, and visited the Hawkeyes on the weekend of Dec. 15. Rivals seems to think he was close to committing, but then Iowa pulled the offer (his HS coach said he thinks Iowa got another TE commitment). Muhammad also lists interest in/from SMU and Rice, but no offers, and no visits scheduled yet. Caught 41 passes as a senior for 405 yards this year -- no idea what kind of offense they run, how many other viable targets they have in their passing game, etc. His HS coach is sending out film and contacting other schools, and says "we're starting over from square one."

Would be nice to get someone to SMU from Fort Worth. Always good to get Metroplex kids to The Hilltop.
