Colleyville Heritage QB Tyler Little

Postby George S. Patton » Wed Jul 11, 2007 3:14 pm

He is 6-2, 200. He was at our summer camps in June 2006 and June 2007.

We have not offered but he says he believes there is serious interest from Baylor and us. He said he feels like he has a pretty good rapport with coach Sawyer.

A little background. He was the backup to Casey Russell and saw minimal playing time in 2006. He is probably the starter this year.

With Mike Fuller coming in from Coppell, expect Little to put the ball up a lot.

Just food for thought.

What's your connection with this kid? Family friend?

Thanks for the heads-up. If he didn't play much last year, I'm guessing he'll likely have to either grow to 6-5, 230 in a hurry or collect most of his offers after proving as a senior that he's a legit prospect.

Keep us posted.

Let's just say I didn't need to go through a web site to get this. That's all I will say about this.

If you don't believe me, that's up to you. I'm just passing along information.

Don't worry about him. Lost the starting QB position. But then again, he may be perfect for this coaching staff.
