I thought DISD and SMU were still on the outs based on the Burgers and Cheer scandal. Also, we have done a poor job of recruiting from DISD in the PB era so this would be a good start in bringing in more local talent.

I interpreted the comment to mean it would be an in-road to local recruiting, something we've not done particularly well in the last few years.
