New commitment

Apparently Dallas (Skyline) safety Chris Frazier (6-1, 190, 4.5) has committed to SMU.

This is significant not only because he is a talented player, but also because it opens a door at a talent rich HS like Skyline for SMU.

Settle down there, 86. I have no doubt this kid is talented, and I'm sure he's a nice pick-up. But Anthony Barnett, Desmond Jones, Jonathan Dupree, Greg Hill, Darrin Johnson, etc., were supposed to open up the DISD-to-SMU pipeline, too. Winning is what will do that more than anything.

I did not say that it would open a door to the entire DISD, but it may help recruiting at least at Skyline which has a good amount of talent. Glad to see the young man come aboard.
