Re: RecruitingSince when is Victor DeGrate (LB) considering SMU? Man, if we could get him and Cedric Cofer (both from DeSoto HS), what a great class we could have. Hope that list is accurate. The Dallas Morning News doesn't have us on DeGrate's list. They list Arizona, Arkansas, Kansas, Misourri and Oklahoma.

Re: RecruitingCoaches used to land players every now and then by recruiting in what was called a "package deal," in which they'd tell a kid he could play at a number of schools, but if he came to that coach's school, he could be assured of playing with a high school teammate who also would be offered a scholarship. Would this help at all with Cofer and DeGrate? I get the impression that most schools think highly enough of these two that they could get a similar deal at a lot of places. But these two sound like studs.
Re: Recruiting"Package Deals"? Like the Hopkins brothers?
At no point in your rambling, incoherent response were you even close to anything that could be considered a rational thought. Everyone in this room is now dumber for having listened to it. I award you no points, and may God have mercy on your soul.
