looked at that article this morning and it listed 3 more Oklahoma recruits that were considering SMU but I can't say that their names rang a bell. One recruit looked like he was considering some pretty good schools but I wonder how accurate some of these newspaper articles are because they focus on player interest rather than offers. Its getting pretty late in the game for kids who don't have offers. Search for the Oklahoma City Oklahoman.

Here are the guys I found on that site who are still considering SMU:

Cory Muse, Millwood: As a tight end, Muse had 44 catches for 670 yards and 13 touchdowns for the Falcons, who he helped to three
straight Class 2A championships. At linebacker, Muse had 48 tackles and 14 sacks.
College choices: Committed to SMU.

Blake Smith, Tulsa Union: The Oklahoman's Defensive Player of the Year, Smith was a big reason Tulsa Union won the state title. The defensive tackle, finished the season with 86 tackles and 10 sacks.
College choices: UCLA, Colorado State, Kansas State, Kansas, SMU.

Zach Edwards, Jenks, WR, 5-11, 165, 4.5: Tulsa, Colo. St., KU, SMU.

Nick Graham, Millwood, DB, 5-10, 180, 4.4: SMU, TCU, Tulsa.

Burnell Smith, Edmond Memorial, WR, 6-1, 190, 4.45: Minn., SMU, Texas Tech.

FYI,

Muse is already committed to SMU.

Blake Smith is a DE, and already commited to Colorado. But if he's looking at us, yippee! 3-Star guy. 6'4" 240, runs like a 4.6.

The Oklahoman lists 14 players on their state Blue Chip list and 15 on their Red Chip list. Of those 29, we have 3 commits and 4 more considering SMU! SMU's in on nearly a quarter of the top 29? Nice showing in OK.

4.6 is pretty fast for a guy of Smith's size. Sounds perfect. If someone can just remind him that it's cooooooooold in Colorado. That should make his decision a no-brainer.
