Also an all-state selection at punter, averaging 40.7 yards per boot. In his senior season this year, he completed 135-of-242 passes for 2,027 yards, 16 touchdowns and 8 interceptions. He also had 52 carries for 156 yards and three scores, but an early-season knee injury limited his running.
