TTech offers punter

DMN reports that Allen punter Alex Reyes has been offered by TTech. Does that open the door for SMU to land a local punter who was thought to be TTech bound?

If you're referring to Ryan Wolcott, I believe the report that he's walking on at Texas Tech is true. And he's headed there as a field goal kicker, not as a punter.
