Has this mystery recruit committed or do we still have a remote chance at him?

Just seems like too much hoopla was made over a TTech walk-on kicker; if that was indeed the case. I do think we have improved our kicking game given the events of the past couple of days and that is important.

The day that the thread appeared, there were rumors going around about Ricky Wilson. He signed yesterday with Houston.
Wolcott was not offered until after the Wilson scenario didn't pan out (for whatever reason). So I assume the gossip that day referred to the possibility of Wilson coming on board.
