Nice kid. Quick and athletic with decent basketball skills, but painfully thin. Skinny as a broom handle. Tulsa should redshirt him and take a year to fatten him up a bit, he'll get pushed around by college level players. He has the frame to add 40 pounds, or more. Very long arms.
Try not to choke on the Kool-Aid.

6"10 190 LBS. That guy is skinnier than Bamba! No wonder we had no interest. I bet you Frank Otis can out play this guy with a 4" disadvantage. Oh, and Otis is 40 pounds heavier.
