I guess pretty good. It is the lead story on the Rivals ticker. Very nice to see SMU with the lead recruiting story on a national level. Great job coaches!

Not to sound greedy, but does this also mean we have secured his brother Bobby?

That would be double icing on the cake, given the fact that Bobby is JC. Tells me that Coach B has greater flexibility in recruiting. This is absolutely GREAT NEWS.

It won’t be long until the standard bio about SMU changes from “haven’t recovered from DP” to “Bennett’s turning this sleeping giant around”

Could this have come at a better time? Just before summer camps...where his commitment might influence other top players...and just as most schools are considering who they want to align themselves with in a future conference. Is there any doubt but that SMU is coming back?

According to the link Nacho posted there, it sounds like Bobby is on board, too! (thegatekeeper, can you confirm?) Maybe the delay in Vincent's commitment was because SMU was making sure Bobby's JUCO classes transfer?

What a fantastic start to the day!

It is my understanding that Bobby Chase is a late full qualifier so his situation adds little to the JC debate.

What is a "late full qualifier?" I'm not up on all my recruiting-speak.
Thanks
