Marshall led the Tigers to the state 4-A division I championship in 2002 by completing 104-of-185 passes for 1,745 yards with 20 touchdowns and only nine interceptions.

Considering SMU, Louisiana-Lafayette, Oklahoma State, Texas Tech and Tulsa, claiming equal interest in each school. He has not yet received any offers.
