Jourdan Favreau

I caught about a half of Coppell's game last nite against Marcus. And although Coppell got beat 31-26 after falling behind big early-I was pleasantly impressed with Favreau's play. Favreau plays Offensive Tackle for Coppell. He has great balance, quick feet and nice technique in pass protection and on the plays I watched his man never got close enough to see the QB with binocolars. Don't know the quality of his opponent on Marcus. He really looked pretty polished in pass protection considering his limited playing experience as a Junior. Favreau didn't seem to be overly physically dominating but I think that's because they were generally in pass protection on most plays I saw-Coppell throws the ball a lot. The kid has broad shoulders and hopefully he can keep growing and get to 6-6 like his Dad. I thought he might be slightly bigger than the reported 6-3.

i watched this game as well and Favreau looks like one of the most athletic offensive linemen i've seen, almost like an NFL tight end. he obviously needs to put on some weight to perform at the next level but he played very well and has a great frame.

I have a friend (former SMU OL Doug Rice) whose son is on the team and he says that Favreau is at least 6'4 and maybe 6'5". He agrees that the kid has great feet and may be a giant. I think we got a real steal here.

He's so money and he doesn't even know it!
At no point in your rambling, incoherent response were you even close to anything that could be considered a rational thought. Everyone in this room is now dumber for having listened to it. I award you no points, and may God have mercy on your soul.

I forgot to post this on Sunday. Coppell got drilled by Allen in the 2nd round of the playoffs. But Jourdan caught a pass for about a 10 yard gain. The old tackle eligible play.

Jourdan Favreau made First Team All District. Apparently Odiari has a brother on the First Team Defense as a Junior. Ty Cloud the Kansas de-commit who may be considering SMU also made the First Team
