hey that's really what happened with Fred Turner who was not really a known entity until his outstanding senior year. He's worth watching.

To those of you who follow recruiting closely .... how do the ratings for this Pevoto guy compare with those for Phillips and Meeks last year, or for Bartel and Wallis the year before?

I don't think Peveto is rated by anyone but Emfinger but that's not surprising since he sat on the bench last year. Emfinger's evaluation is strictly off the summer 7 on 7 Tournaments.

I don't expect we'll see anything on the other sites until the first 2-3 games of the season.

I saw this guy play a bit of 7-on-7 this summer. I didn't have a chance to watch too long, but he looks like he has a really strong arm, and he seemed to move pretty well for a QB. And it's always hard to tell when a kid's in uniform, but he looked a lot stronger/heavier than 206 pounds.
