Looks like Chase had one catch in a loss to Southlake last night. Is V. Chase mostly a blocking tight end?

well i was at the game, Irving's starting QB was hurt, and did not play the game. vincent did do blocking the whole game basically, but when their QB comes back he will get see the ball more.

From what I hear, he's arguably the best blocking TE in the state. When he lines up next to Chris Hall, the IHS short-yardage game is virtually unstoppable. They're going to be studs at SMU.

apparently Vincent Chase is rarely thrown the ball but tonite on the High School Edge they showed highlites from Irving 50-14 victory over Newman Smith. Chase made picture-perfect dominating blocks in at least 3 of the 5 or so TDs they showed.
