We got the guys Jones wanted. Thats what really matters. He knows what we need. I totally support Jones and his direction.

4 Star QB Damarcus Smith signs with UCF-going to be riding the pine for 3 years

i guess he figured that riding the pine for 3 years and playing for two is better than riding the pine behind Teddy Bridgewater at Louisville for 4 years.

Marshall signs a former 4 star but he shouldn't count in recruiting services rankings. As Richard Pryor says-"its appears you have a criminal record". Formerly signed with Tennessee. That Coach is loading up.

BTW I'm not sure how but SMU snuck back in the Top 50 on Rivals at No. 50-also No. 48 on Scout. UCF looks like it will finish 39th on Rivals-a rare Top 40 finish for a true non-BCS school. Southern Miss, Utah, BYU, TCU and Louisville are the only non-BCS schools to do that-and they've had a little bit of success. All in all-CUSA is starting to make some headway in recruiting. Next step is to become the No. 1 non-BCS Conference which will make CUSA a more attractive conference to recruits
