Lewisville Hebron 3 star recruit Alex Odiari who has considered SMU but was thought to be leaning toward Tech or TCU left Lubbock unimpressed: "It was really flat....I want to go to a school that has a mall and stuff. I didn't even see a mall in Lubbock". Now he is looking hard at Arkansas. Is Wal-Mart a Mall? Proposed Phil Bennett Recruiting angle. Alex- SMU has access to some of the most fabulous malls in the country like the historic North Park developed by Raymond Nasher as the FIRST fully enclosed, self contained mall in the entire world. Want more upscale try the Galleria Mall or on the way home to Lewisville try the new Stonebriar. We hope you will give our Malls strong consideration.

Look out for Arkansas. NW Arkansas is also home to Tyson Chicken and has several large chicken sheds that could easily be mistaken for malls if not careful. If he is interested in chicken feathers or droppngs, those "malls" could be another strong s(m)elling point for the U of A.

This is an extraordinary player. He played NG at 220 pounds and whipped much bigger blockers on a weekly basis. And he can run. I don't know if we can get him, but I sure hope so.
