realistically after comparing the scholarships availiable and the players remaining on the table we are likely to fall further behind TCU.

TCU has outrecruited us every year since Fran. took the job. TCU has done an excellent job of recruiting JUCO players and bring in transfers from other Div. 1-A program that has given them depth at a lot of positions. Again, compare the models of the two schools to determine why TCU has outrecruited us. TCU is not SMU's enemy, nor is UTEP, Tulsa, A&M, OU, etc. SMU's enemy is itself. Again, how many State top 100 recruits does SMU have committed? Or even, how many top 50 area players does SMU have committed? HHHUUUUMMM. Can't wait for the spin the coaches and Copeland will put on this one at the recruiting party.
