rumor has it that the party is to be at Restland Cemetery and everybody is supposed to wear black to honor the tiki god who is returning for his final year.

Not to interrupt the whining, but every coach in the country trumpets each recruiting class, and when pressed, they (with the exception of the Nick Sabans of the world who can point to a class full of high school All-America players) say that a class really won't be able to be judged for 2 or 3 years.
