Note Wyoming picked up a commitment from that Rockwall QB last week. Johnson says that Danna has expressed a desire to stay close to home which may give the Mustangs an edge. "He took a trip to SMU for their last game and liked what he saw. He's going this weekend to Wyoming now that they've offered. I know he wants to stay in Texas so if SMU offers, I'm pretty sure he may take it.

Agreed, the size is appealing. Actually, I'd read somewhere that he had been clocked at a 4.5, so assuming the general rule of exaggeration, maybe this 4.65 is accurate, or at least close?

From the NJCAA site his stats, if complete, were:

95 of 182 attempts, 52.2% completions, 0 ints 8 TDs passing and 3 rushing.

It appears he did not play two games or they had no stats. Mid to late season.

Just found a stat summary. He apparently did miss two games and threw 7 ints. The game stat summaries I was looking at did not show the picks.

No mention of an offer anywhere but he was interested in only big time programs.

Yep Bishop led Blinn to a perfect 1995 and 1996 marks (24-0 over the two years).

Given Blinn has become Franchione JC (with his son as HC), is there any chance to package Breaux (6'7" WR) from the Blinn team, too? Or is leaning to BB?
