UT got a commitment today from 2009 QB Garrett Gilbert who is one of the few guys already rated 5 stars for 2009.

USC has 6 commits apparently. Miami has between 4 and 6 for 2009 as well.

I think UT is having their junior day this weekend as well. Hopefully, coach Jones can get up and running in the 30 mile radius that he want to work.

I'm sure he just did a rivals or scout search and used "SMU" as a search field. You can do the same.

Sounds like someone on the new staff has "an in" in Lawton. No idea if either of these two can play at all, but it's always nice to see a tall WR with wheels and a big OL (right BUS?) who can move a little show some interest.

Yep, and as I understand it, Bryan McCann spent some time out there too.
