If by "better football players" you mean UT recruits top tier BCS-type talent, while SMU recruits second and third tier (ie, non-BCS-type) recruits, then we are in agreement. But that will never change.

Yeah, well it did not take 3 decades for Miami to improve, and it's been 2 decades of ineptitude for SMU now with no end in sight. If you think we will ever compete for recruits with UT again your living in a dream world.
