Pony Fan I'll be eagerly await the first report that SMU is even being considered by Arthur since Tubbs' job was placed in jeopardy. There are none-I've got about 5 that says he ain't considering SMU at all.

I don't think we will get DA, but he did cut us while we still had Tubbs, so your sentence about not getting him without Tubbs doesn't make much sense. I was just curious if coaches can contact recruits right now.
And more importantly, IF doh doesn't call him then he is not the man for the job, still don't think he will come but Doh should/will at least make an effort.

No, no one did. Nor did they ask you. Come to think of it, if people are not to respond to posts unless an opinion is solicited, I don't know that there would be much use for a message board.

Alas, I'm not the authority on the issue. My guess is we would need to request an opinion from the webmaster.

Actually after the way the Tubbs debacle was botched by SMU you should be a bitcher too. I couldn't care less if we get absolutely no recruits after that. But if you and Fony Fan want to perpetuate the myth that we still have a shot at Darrell Arthur, then I'm going to call a spade a spade too. Sunshiner.

The irony of this is that it has been months since I thought SMU had any hope of landing Arthur. If you have any documentation to the contrary, please post such. I was more responding to the vitriol directed at the poor guy than the idea that SMU could or could not get Arthur.

Just for the record, jtstang, I too doubt we have any shot at Darrell Arthur and honestly have never thought we would get Darrell Arthur, but stallion knows only what he reads, which may or may not be true. That is the point I was trying to make, which apparently you are so closeminded about any possible success, you just assume I thought we were going to get him. Try again with some mudslinging. You are just as bad as ol' stallion, hiding behind the shield of this webpage and telling everybody how stupid they are.
